A chief of staff and estate manager for a private life.
Estate and household operations, executive oversight, and the bespoke systems that run it all — including Hearth, the estate-operations platform I designed and built. Capability, judgment, and discretion above all.
Begin a conversation →One trusted operator for the whole of it — the estate, the household, and the business alike.
Equal parts strategist and hands-on operator — as ready to build the system as to do the work myself and see it through. In practice that has meant changing the light bulbs and caring for the animals in the morning and being in the middle of a contract negotiation or an acquisition effort that afternoon. Nothing is beneath the role, and nothing is left half-done.
Chief of Staff
The connective tissue across your whole world, business and personal. Priorities, projects, vendors, and communications kept moving; a trusted gatekeeper who resolves issues before they reach you, so your attention stays on what only you can do.
Estate & Household Management
Full leadership of the residence and its operations — recruiting, training, scheduling, and supervising household staff to a consistent standard; negotiating and overseeing vendors and contractors; coordinating preventative maintenance and renovations end-to-end as acting general contractor; and handling seasonal openings and closings.
Strategy & Advisory
Strategy and daily execution stay pointed the same direction, and I am the principal's primary thought partner — he built and ran a company of real scale before this, and he calls on me on matters personal and business alike. The same instinct built ventures of my own and carried into a $16 million capital raise effort for a private company, where I was the connective point between the CEO and the private equity groups and outside investors at the table — carrying the conversations in both directions, managing the diligence and documentation behind them, and keeping every party moving in step. Leadership is the part of this work I care most about — enough to have sought out executive coaching under a leader whose company was named a Forbes Small Giant.
Luxury & Exotic Vehicle Fleet Specialty
Stewardship of a collection kept in concours condition — acquisition and discreet sale, scheduled maintenance and detailing, registration, transport, and meticulous service records for every vehicle in the fleet.
Property, Grounds & Renovation
Hands-on stewardship of the property itself — grounds, structures, and systems held to a consistent standard. Leading renovations end-to-end as acting general contractor: negotiating and directing vendors, managing the budgets, and reporting progress at every step. One second residence — inherited by the principal — I held complete oversight of from the beginning: logistics, vendors, and outside dealings; a full renovation; and the eventual sale, carrying it from inheritance through disposition on plan.
Operations & Staff Leadership
Leadership proven at scale beyond the private household. As second-in-command of a public-sector operation, accountable for a staff of more than thirty and the daily running of the building — accountability and reporting in a structured, compliance-driven environment. The same discipline shapes how I run an estate: clear systems, clear expectations, and nothing left to chance.
Business Operations & Advisory Coordination
Oversight on the business side — a steady liaison among your attorneys, accountants, and advisors, coordinating NDAs, due diligence, and documentation for acquisitions, and supporting funding efforts and negotiations, so the pieces stay aligned and nothing slips through the cracks.
Medical Coordination & Personal Advocacy
A calm, capable advocate in matters of health and care — scheduling appointments, diagnostics, and follow-up; serving as an informed liaison with physicians, specialists, and medical offices; and keeping records, billing, and provider communications organized and moving. Years inside a regulated, compliance-driven environment have made its practice and language second nature — fluent in the documentation and standards such settings require, HIPAA-authorized, and experienced serving as a medical power of attorney, always with complete discretion on the most sensitive matters.
Most operations run on memory. Yours will run on a system.
For a principal with businesses, multiple properties, vehicles, staff, and holdings, the line between order and chaos is infrastructure — and most private service has none.
I design and build bespoke digital tools, tailored privately to your world, that bring every entity, property, vehicle, vendor, document, and asset — business and personal — into one organized, searchable place. Nothing lives only in one person's head — properties, procedures, vendors, and records are documented to a single standard, so the whole household runs consistently and nothing depends on memory. This is the difference between someone who manages your life and someone who builds the system that runs it.
Unified calendar & scheduling
Household, travel, vendors, service windows, and business commitments on one calendar — every date visible in a single view, and nothing missed.
Property & asset registries
Every property, holding, and item of value — catalogued, valued, and tracked in one place.
Vehicle & maintenance schedules
Service, registration, and care across the fleet, scheduled and never missed.
Document & contract vaults
Warranties, agreements, and records — secure, organized, and instantly retrievable.
Live operations dashboards
The whole operation at a glance: status, spend, and what needs attention now.

The system behind the service.
A private operating platform I designed and built from the ground up — properties, fleet, staff, vendors, documents, and calendar unified in one place. The same systems thinking I bring to a business's operations. What follows is a fully anonymized, working demonstration.

Discretion is the whole of the work.
Across sixteen years of trusted service to a single principal, my responsibilities have grown to span both a full chief-of-staff role and hands-on estate management, while also supporting the principal on the business matters that touch it. It is work that rewards judgment, quiet competence, and absolute confidentiality above all else.
I am someone a principal can hand a problem to and then stop thinking about it — equally at home supervising a renovation, screening household staff, coordinating the NDAs behind an acquisition, or building the system that keeps the whole of it organized. High integrity, high emotional intelligence, and a standing "no task too small."
